The Challenge

The 19th Medical Group Dental Clinic operated 26 Dental Treatment Rooms while maintenance issues were routed manually by phone and radio to five separate agencies.

There was no real-time room-status view, issue history, cross-agency queue, or performance data for leadership.

  • No live view of operational, degraded, or down rooms
  • No priority or accountability trail for reported issues
  • Siloed work across five maintenance agencies
  • No audit log for compliance or after-action review

The Solution

DTR Pulse replaces fragmented phone-and-radio workflows with a unified, real-time command view for all 26 treatment rooms and every maintenance agency.

  • Color-coded live floor map with agency filters and room search
  • Fourteen-day performance analytics and agency queue depth
  • Automatic issue routing to the correct maintenance queue
  • Priority tracking with age-based escalation indicators
  • Complete status, note, and resolution history with CSV export

Multi-Agency Coordination Platform

DTR Pulse coordinates five independent maintenance agencies from one dashboard, each with its own queue, work-in-progress tracking, and historical data.

  • BMET, IT, Facility, Dental Supply, and Product Rep
  • 26 Dental Treatment Rooms across two buildings
  • Built and deployed on Replit
  • Real-time operational visibility
