What Redline Engineers
Five engineering services focused on working software, reliable integrations, and accountable delivery.
Custom Software Solutions
We engineer production software around the exact workflow, users, and constraints the organization has.
- Purpose-built web applications
- Role-based operational tools
- Database-backed workflows
- Deployment and lifecycle ownership
System Integration
We connect systems so data moves reliably and teams stop reconciling disconnected tools by hand.
- API and service integration
- Legacy system connections
- Data synchronization
- Validation and failure handling
Process Automation
We replace repetitive handoffs and manual tracking with clear, auditable software workflows.
- Workflow routing
- Status and approval tracking
- Notifications and escalation
- Operational reporting
AI-Assisted Development
We use AI as an engineering accelerator while keeping architecture, review, testing, and delivery accountable.
- Rapid validated prototypes
- AI-assisted implementation
- Human code review
- Tested production delivery
Compliance Tooling
We turn policies and inspection requirements into usable software that supports the work and records the evidence.
- Point-of-work references
- Inspection workflows
- Audit trails
- Controlled access

Who Engineers This
Twenty-two years inside the system he now builds for.
Jeffery Clouse founded Redline Tech Solutions. Raised in Augusta, Georgia, in a military family, he served on active duty in the United States Air Force as a Health Services Manager. He is retired from the Air Force.
Over 22+ years of military IT and healthcare operations leadership in Department of Defense and Defense Health Agency environments, he worked across the entire facility: Outpatient Records, TRICARE, Medical Readiness, Patient Appointing Services, Medical Logistics, and CIO. His advantage is understanding how the whole healthcare system runs, from the front desk to the server room. That perspective keeps the tools grounded in how work actually happens, not how a vendor imagines it. Today he builds working solutions for asset tracking, staff feedback platforms, compliance dashboards, and scan-to-act QR tools.

Read the case studyHow We Engineer
Four controlled stages from mission definition to reliable deployment.
Discovery
Define users, constraints, and success criteria.
Strategy
Design the architecture, controls, and delivery plan.
Development
Build and test against operational requirements.
Deploy and Support
Deploy, monitor, and support the working system.

FORGE: Personnel Accountability Engine
A real-time, role-based headcount accountability system built for military medical group operations at Little Rock Air Force Base. Selected as a DHA Innovation Cell Software Factory pilot project.
The Challenge
Military medical groups relied on manual, paper-based roll-call processes during exercises and real-world events. The process was slow, error-prone, and impossible to audit in real time when leadership needed accurate headcounts in minutes.
Our Solution
FORGE replaces manual roll-call with a WebSocket-powered accountability dashboard featuring five-tier RBAC (Airman through Commander), JWT authentication, and real-time headcount propagation to leadership views. Built and deployed entirely on Replit.
The Results
- Selected as a DHA Software Factory pilot project
- Real-time status propagation under 1 second via WebSocket
- Concept to pilot-ready in 6 weeks on Replit
Results
Field notes from teams using the systems after deployment.
The TJC Compliance app was noted as an inspection strength by our compliance inspector. It eliminated wasted paper from manual guides and prevented simple findings because staff had easy-to-search solutions on their phones at all levels.
